The team behind Nightbound: Paralysis

Building the game.
Growing the team behind it.

We are a small remote indie team working on a psychological horror game. Many of us are still early in our careers, learning through real production work and growing together as the game evolves.

If you are at the beginning of your career and looking for a place to turn what you have learned into practical experience, you may fit right in.

What we are building together

A team built through production

The project is a place where we can turn individual skills into real production experience.

Everyone joins with different experience, available time, and personal goals. We shape responsibilities around that and give people space to explore their discipline while contributing to work that ships as part of the game.

You do not need to know an entire production pipeline before joining. A foundation, curiosity, and the willingness to keep improving matter much more.

How we grow

Growing skills while building the game

We want the project to help people become stronger in their discipline while they contribute to real production work.

Real production work

Work on tasks that are actually used in the game — from early exploration to implementation and iteration.

Resources for learning

Access professional learning resources, with additional courses or materials available when useful for the work.

Tools & workflow

Software licences, plugins, assets, and other tools can be considered when they improve learning or production.

Feedback & mentorship

When possible, experienced artists and developers join us for reviews, consultation, mentoring, and an outside perspective.

We are comfortable learning things together when we do not yet have the expertise within the team.

A practical starting point

What we ask from you

A foundation

You understand the basics of your discipline and have started practising them independently.

Curiosity

You want to explore unfamiliar tools, workflows, and production problems.

Communication

If you are stuck, busy, or need feedback, tell the team. Clear communication matters.

Some consistency

You do not need to work every day, but small, regular steps help the project move forward.

Introduce yourself

Help us build the expertise behind the project

The project has the potential to grow with a publisher or investor, but an ambitious game also needs a team with its own skills and production expertise behind it. That is what we are building now.

If you would like to be part of it, send us your CV, portfolio if you have one, and a short note about what you would like to work on or learn through the project.
